juz went runnin juz now. at jurong west stadium. supposed to run 1000m x 6. but could only do 4sets =x cos too late le muz go home =xx

congrats to Tao Li for finishing 5th in the 100m butterfly finals at the Beijing Olympics this morning (:
realli gotta buck up for aps man. after getting my quiz results today..im quite worried. so thankful there's this study week.
