went for plh band prac todae. izack led. hmm songs are quite nice..but GUITARS were realli blasting my ears off!! hope it'll be better tmr :x then mummy went for some talk in church till 5pm..so i stayed there aftr prac to mug my APS. muggin..muggin..muggin. then went to Aston for dinner!!!! loveeeee the food there =D
yesterdae training was so-so. cass had cell grp so didnt come *whew :x*. did 200m x 8 x 2..the relay kind. yea ran wif anthony, wei yang n zhongyong. [they're too fast le. *pant pant*] wasnt as fast as compared to the last time i ran tt. but wadeva..i cant run short distances for nutz. =x after tt we ran a full campus (wait was it full or half??). i freaked out in the middle cos ant n zhongyong disappeared for fun.. den jeramie n wei yang suddenly sped up! WAH. it was FREAKING DARK n so i got FREAKING scared so i chased after them. heng wei yang was nice n waited for us girls. if not i think i would have started hyperventilating n get asthma. :'( but everything was ohkay in the end. the guys were juz trying to be funny. =.=
anywayz congrats to eugene pek for completing ur singapore open 10000m race! =) good run good run.
