praise the Lord.
my knee's better noww. only that it's still painful to walk down stairs. but i managed to run yesterdae! who else can heal besides the Lord? no one, liesl, no one.
yupps ran 3 times of the project nutz route last evening + 5km on the grass for training. left after doin exercises cos there was realli nth else to do after tt. HAHA.
tmr's the project nutz runners' relay. i can confirm that tri-elite's first team will get first. tt's zhaomu + cass + lulu + eugene pek + (some others tt i dunno). well well i guess for me being in the second team i juz hope we'll at least win sth? >.<
anywayz.
exams are REAL close.
gotta juggle more stuff now.
