zz. *EXTREMELY tired* =.=
came back from training. 1st training at CCAB. =)
ran the 400m trial thingyy..hit my PB.. 1:16.76 =D but still quite slow.. slower than the short-d ppl. HAIZ. oh and cass din run all out lo. came in behind me !!!! LOLz. realli think that if she din want to put in the effort to run it then she shld have stuck with her original plan of not coming for training at all lo. =.= after tt went for 1hr run wif eugene n wei yang at botanic gardens n NUS campus ther. WAH legs were SUPER sore lo. n still sore now. :'(
went PS for dinner wif anthony n eugene. =_+ oh we had quite nice ice cream at some shop. NICEEEE. (: yumyum.
anywayz. no sch next week. except on monday to go thru aps stuff. LOL. den exams the following week. JIAYOUZ!
muz self train the next 2 weeks! hope tt my standard doesnt drop tt much. =x
