MY LEFT KNEE GAVE WAY. yepps yesterdae. during my 20min slow jog after workout.
i guess it realli takes something serious to happen before we realli treasure and cherish what we have. i've NEVER had problems with my knees since i started running more than 4 yrs ago. but now juz 3 mths into running on a track i get this. HAIZ.
i think God's trying to get my attention. to get me to realize that i can do nothing without Him. to get me to wake up from my wishy-washy relationship with Him.
and now what about friday's project nutz tt im supposed to run for tri-elite? zhao mu wants to take my timing tmr. but look at me now. i can hardly walk properly, especially when walking down the stairs.
oh wellz. God's in control i guess. only He can decide whether everything will go on fine or not. and only He can heal me. there's only Him for me to trust.
