went for training at cck stadium juz now. 1500m in 6:32.25 =) and 100m x 8. LOL. i think sprint 100m in double the time of the world's fastest man. HAHA. [oops i think i said tt bfore.] anywayz.
yay singapore has finally guaranteed a medal at the olympics!! well at least a silver. YAYEEEEE.
oh i met xinyue todae!! LOL.
