wah siao.
ran 12k for training juz now. LOL. did 1hr 07.57secs. HAHA. oh yes n i fell down after abt 2km. LOL!! well when have u heard of me running outside and not falling?! hardly rite?! HAHA. so today's kinda not an exception. =.=
yepps michael phelps is now the greatest olympian of all times. 11 olympic gold medals in his career. 5 so far within these few days. and chasing 3 more within this games. WAH. jiayou jiayou. :/
