hmm.
not a very good day of trainin for me todae. -_- maybe the cold weather. but HA i have valid reason for my slower timings todae. LOL. anywayz. after abit of baton passin practise with the eve aifah n lindi, me had to do 1600m + 1200m + 600m + 400m intervals. 10mins break inbetween. FREAK. and so as implied earlier, no PBs today. did 6:56.88, 4:59.56, 2:09.83, 1:17.60 in that order. HAIZ. tried my best to whack all but realli no energy. =( but for the 400m the timing's quite ohkay ba..considering tt i had to run the other sets bfore tt. so yay. but realli. totally chui liaoz.
thank God papa was able to fetch me fm CCAB cos im REALLI tired. gave jeramie n anthony free ride home too. all hail to the boonlay gang. LOL.
