la. CHAO TA. but at least i put sunblock this time =D
whoot. was surprisingly early for trainin today even though some crazy person gamed till 2am n woke up late. hail to the mrt n 154! LOL.
anywayz. trainin was weird. mid-d n ppl in the relays trained at the ccab track. the rest [long-d n short-d] went for long run at botanic gardens. OHMYTIAN. so lucky. jiaolian says i'll have to run the 4x100m if we get to the finals!!!!!! cos beatrice n eve have their hurdles thingy juz bfore tt. =_+ so me had to practise baton passin. practised mostly with lindi. feel so bad cos my reaction time is freakin slow but she was so patient with me. T_T THANKEWz LINDI!! haha at one point we were practising the passin in the transition zone n lindi ran off so fast tt i couldnt pass the baton to her even well after the zone! should have seen tt man. after tt we couldn't stop laughin. HAHA. even jiaolian laughed at us. LOL.
oh then after dunno how long of baton passin still had to whack another 1600m interval! ZZ. soooooo freaking hot, as it was alr 12nn by then!! but I HIT PB AGAIN!!!!!! hahaha. broke my freakin slow 7min barrier, cut my last pb by 30secs, and clocked 6:39.09. WHOOOOHOO. 3mins faster than when i ran this in pri sch for napha test. LOL. praise and thanks to the Lord for sendin a small cloud to block out some heat :D heeesh.
oh after trainin guess where i went for lunch!!!!!! lol. ohkay ohkay. ant n i went with lulu to her coffee shop's western stall for lunch! cool rite?! me had her stall's fish n chips. HOLY COW. fish was so fresh, and she gave alot!!! almost couldnt finish sia. LOL. realli admire her. can cope wif studies, track n workin too! (:
and now. im tryin to solve an A-maths qn for my dear cousin marc. LOL.
