almost din wanna go for trainin cos wasnt feelin well. whole body freakin hot. but went in the end.
was late for trainin. by almost 20 mins. LOL. anthony was worse pls. he told me to go first so i went first. onli when i reached ccab den i found out tt he overslept. jiao lian said he gave up on 5000m cos today there was 5000m trial. LOL.
ran the 1500m trials tis mornin. cass didnt go..said she was called back for work. so ran with lulu. came back in 6:02.32, juz a'lil faster than lulu. my new PB by 30secs. =D so yea i think im in for 1500m for ivp then. LOL.
tmr's church anniversary. 165yrs issit? or 160something. LOL. having games after service at presbyterian high sch. so lazy to play.. but haiz. said will go means muz go lo.
