CONGRATZ to nptrack on getting 4th overall and top poly(again) at IVP 08/09!!
congrats to dexter for 3rd in 400m hurdles, brenda for 3rd in high jump, weihao for 3rd (or issit 2nd?) for erm shot putt?, beatrice for 2nd in 400m hurdles!
and congrats to all other nptrackers cos we all brought back points fm our races (:
my 800m was hmm.. better than i expected =D me got 7th and hit PB, lulu got 8th, juz behind. so yay we both earned some points fpr the overall count (:(:
4x100m was ohkay.. ntu did a false start LOL. in the end we got 8th, last i think. AHAHA. but it's ohkay we still earned a point =D

and for now, it's time to continue trainin for the POL-ITE x-campus race next month.
anything after that, oh wells. i'll juz cross my fingers and hope that i wont have problems convincing mummy that running's realli part of me. -.-
