freaking tired.
did 400m x 2 x 2 today and 1600m x 2. bad day. hmm 400m ones were ohkay. but yea 1600m were bad. but ya. tired by then. DUH. oh n i must say. joshua was scary. totally SCARY. was during the 400m i think the second last or last set. he chiong-ed fm the start!! i was so shocked tt i shouted to the front ' GO ANTHONY..!!' LOL. was super freaky. i think ant was also shocked when joshua went infront of him. lol. but LOL joshua is obviously no where near ant's standard so he still 'lost' in the end. LOLL. but YAR. was freakin scary n kinda entertainin. lol.
ARGH. im totally worried abt next week. if i heard correctly my IVP selection trial slots are 800m next monday, and 1500m next saturday. im ont worried tt i cant run. im juz worried tt i dun get to run wad i wanna run for ivp. =x cos cass n lulu will most probably own me in all the events. or even not all then at least most. and i hope i dun have to run the 3000m trial. yea it's supposed to be my 'pet event' but i realli dun like long-d le. feel sian runnin long-d. DUH tt's why i switch to mid! but ya. hope for the best i guess. =/
