lalala. went for the nike run yesterdae.. met cass n her bf..den the other trackers eugene anthony sherman zhaomu jeramie. yepps kor ran wif me too. but couldnt find kim n huiling =.= anywayz. ran the 10km in 1hr 03mins ): din hit my PB of 58mins. but wellz. wadeva. HAHA. zhaomu got 8th place in 39.5mins! not human sia. anywayz. din stay for concert..went for dinner at some jap restaurant to celebrate mummy n papa's 24th weddin anniversary. nicee food!! :D oh n yea we took this pic juz bfore shower n dinner. HAHA.
went to help at uncle russell's landscaping architect work todae. i think will be helpin there for a short wile onli ba. until next wk maybe? =_+ searched the web for architecture of mosques in the world. cos changi airport's gonna be decorated for hari raya soon. LOL.
rushed back home then rushed down to CCAB for trainin. *tired* was late but at least the rest were doin drills. heng arh. and yea i kinda got pangseh-ed. most of my mid-d and long-d ppl din turn up. cos we ran yesterdae. LOL. of those nike ppl onli me n eugene were guai enough to go. LOLL. anywayzz. did 1600 x 3. hit PB!! YAYee. fastest was 7mins 9.25seconds. *smiles widely*
and u wont believeee it man. mr quek was at CCAB tooo!!! my former x-country coach from commonwealth!!! OMG. haha yea talked to him abt sch n track n stuff. n wells he's happy im still in track. LOLLz. like DUH?! haha.
tmr's another early day. haiz. and why's everyone here at home watching Heroes?!?!
