nice adidas sundown run yesterdae. think i ran exactly 1hour flat for the 10.5km. thanx andy. ^^ pingchie kor is still a legend, running his first long-d race in 59mins. legend, legend. -.- and of cos, weiyang the boss, 45mins. lightning.

other trackers were there to helpout. cool cool. realized tt yixin's maximum voice volume can actually go to probably..i dunno maybe 80decibels..(since normal conversations are usually at 40dB) -.- way to go, girl. (oh 80dB is as loud as a vacuum cleaner, i just found out.)
